Today more than ever I have people come up to me and ask me about yoga whilst at the same time telling me how they did it and it didn't work, or it was too hard, or perhaps they have never tried it!
I am here to tell you that it works... but you perhaps have tried one that is to hard for you. Chair yoga does everything, and helps you to become the person you want to be.
I welcome walkers, wheel chairs and wheelies into my chair yoga classes - and people who just want to sit on a chair of course. This is really about starting at the beginning, but make no mistake - it is still yoga.
It is amazing how it can even help you change you self image and loose weight. My new classes will be starting at the Woodend Neighbourhood House in the first week in February. By that date i will have finished the book, and the poster....so no matter where you are, you can do it to.
